Nothing New...
Ecclesiastes 1:9-10 That which has been is that which will be, And that which has been done is that which will be done. So there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which one might say, "See this, it is new"? Already it has existed for ages which were before us.

I love these Tricia! I made that drive a number of times and each painting captured a very memorable stretch of it. The third one down reminded of that spot where there was that out of place stone edifice and steps cut into the mountainside - you know what I'm referring to? Anyway - the Sonoran desert wins and I love Twenty-nine Palms.
Thanks John. I can't picture the spot that you are talking about. I will have to pay closer attention the next time we make the drive.
